This FAQ merges former Help Center guidance into the docs experience so users have one canonical support destination.

Steps

  • Use Documentation as your primary support destination for admin and employee workflows.
  • For account-specific issues, contact support at support@open-skills.ai.
  • Escalate billing or access blockers through your admin settings and support channels.
  • How are AI Interactions counted? Each of the following uses one interaction from your monthly plan allowance:
    • Sending a message to the AI Coach
    • Completing a Skill Assessment
    • Generating an AI Scenario Card
    • Receiving a dynamic Learning Path update
    • Daily limits also apply — Growth: 50/day, Scale: 150/day (resets midnight UTC)
    • Current usage and remaining balance are visible in the Billing dashboard
