• Available plans — both include a 14-day free trial:
  • Growth — $9.99/mo, up to 15 employees, 500 AI interactions/month, daily cap 50/day
  • Scale — $29.99/mo, up to 25 employees, 2,000 AI interactions/month, daily cap 150/day
• What counts as one AI interaction:
  • Sending a message to the AI Coach
  • Completing a Skill Assessment
  • Generating an AI Scenario Card
  • Receiving a dynamic Learning Path update
• Your live usage (monthly and daily) is visible in the Billing dashboard.

Steps

• Review your plan dashboard in Billing:
  • Active tier and next renewal date
  • Employee count vs. your plan's seat limit
  • Monthly AI interactions used vs. your plan cap
  • Daily interaction usage (resets at midnight UTC)
• Upgrade or change plans when your headcount or usage approaches limits.
• Use billing history and invoices for finance reconciliation and audit readiness.
